Leadership is not simply a title—it is an ethos of responsibility, empathy, and uncompromising integrity. During this term's Principal Mentorship Colloquium, student prefects, club captains, and senior scholars engaged in active dialogue on ethical leadership in Africa and the wider world.
Key topics included managing peer dynamics, conflict resolution, public speaking mastery, and community service initiatives. The interactive session concluded with the launch of the 2024/2025 Student Social Impact Challenge.
